1. Order Cancellation
- Cancellation Window: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided the order has not already been processed or dispatched.
- How to Cancel: To cancel your order, please write to us at contact@cherrysh.in with your Order ID and the Reason for cancellation.
- Post-dispatch Cancellations: Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
2. Returns and Exchanges
Due to the personalized and eco-conscious nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the case of:
- Items that are defective
- Items that are damaged in transit
- Incorrect items shipped
To be eligible for a return, you must:
- Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product
- Provide clear images of the product and packaging for verification
3. Refunds
- Eligibility: Once your return request is approved for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will initiate a refund or offer a replacement as per your preference.
- Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.
- Shipping Charges: Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the refund is due to an error on our part.
4. Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds for:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Orders cancelled after dispatch
- Minor imperfections due to the handcrafted nature of products
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please:
- Take clear photos of the product and the packaging
- Email us at contact@cherrysh.in within 48 hours of delivery
- Mention your Order ID and issue in the subject line
We will investigate and offer a refund or replacement as appropriate.
