Payment Policy

At Cherrysh, we aim to make your gifting experience seamless, including the payment process. This Payment Policy outlines how we accept payments for your orders placed on www.cherrysh.in.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payments exclusively through Razorpay, our trusted and secure payment gateway partner.
You can pay using the following methods:
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)
- Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, American Express)
- Debit Cards (All major banks in India)
All payments are processed in INR (Indian Rupees).
2. Secure Transactions
- Payments made on our website are 100% secure and encrypted via Razorpay’s PCI DSS-compliant platform.
- Your card and bank details are not stored by us or on our servers.
- All transactions are processed in real time and are subject to bank and payment gateway approvals.
3. Payment Confirmation
- Once your payment is successful, you will receive an order confirmation email along with the invoice.
- In case of any payment failure, no amount will be deducted. If any deduction does occur without confirmation, it is automatically refunded by Razorpay within 5–7 business days.
4. Failed or Duplicate Transactions
- If your payment fails but the amount is debited from your account, please write to us at contact@cherrysh.in with your Transaction ID and Order details.
- We will coordinate with Razorpay to ensure timely resolution.
5. No Cash on Delivery (COD)
Please note, we do not offer Cash on Delivery at this time. All orders must be prepaid via the available digital options through Razorpay.
